Mother Tongue Week

Heyy Everyone~!! So my school, which is Sinarmas World Academy celebrate Mother Tongue day but I actually it's Indonesian Day. We have to wear batik. Batik is Indonesian traditional clothes. Usually we wear Batik when we have a special celebration like Independence day or like to day Mother Tongue Day.

In our school we have a guest from Kalimantan. She is an old girl maybe she's around 60 or 70 years old. She use really big earring and she use like six or maybe 7 in each ear. Now her ear become long like maybe 15cm long and she also wear Kalimantan traditional clothes.

Noun Presentation

Hey everyone~!! So this is my ESL project about noun. I've been making this for 2 days. I made this presentation to make sure that my friends or people knows what exactly noun is. My project, Poverty Issues Reflection

My last project was about Global Issues and we had to choose a Global Issues we were interested in. I chose poverty as my project because I think that poverty is a big problem in the world. Why it is the biggest problem in the world I think the governments don't care about their own country and also the citizens don't care enough about their own country. I think they don't have good communication between the government and the citizens.

I hope that everyone here knows a little bit about poverty. Now after chose the topic, I tried my best to research about poverty like What is Poverty? and more information about poverty. For the next step I had to fine the keywords, pictures and video about poverty to make sure that I understood the issue When I'm finished my researched I had to explain the keywords one by one to make sure that everyone understood my presentation.

Eventually I finished my researched on poverty and now I had to make the video. The teacher said  that we could add a video from YouTube because it was more convent and while making the video I asked my friends to help me, which was record themselves and say "We can be the first generation that gives everyone a chance of an education". I asked my friends to do that and because they were kind then they made that short sentence video.

FINALLY!! I could finish my poverty video and I think I did well in this project because I did a lot of research. I've learned so many things from this project, Why? because actually I don't even know what is Poverty but then when I finished this project I could understand the issue was really about.

I also wanted to say thanks to my friends who helped me make my poverty video: Raihan, Angghi, Natasha, Freya, Won Jun, Jae Jun and Jae Seung :)

Blogging Reflection

This is the second time I make a blog but I don't really know how to use it so for this time I just try my best to create an interesting blog. But Mr. Jabiz from another ESL teacher helped us to make the blog and how to create an interesting blog. He teach us how to blogging and how to post the blog and now I really enjoy blogging.

I really enjoy designing my blog or posting about myself and especially communicate with another people that I don't know. By making this blog I'm using my art skills to make it interesting and to make it people enjoy reading my blog.

My favorite part of my blog is the friends part. I like that part because I have an interesting photos with my friends and probably people will like it. I actually want to show you about friends and an events in my school. So I hope that you are enjoy reading my blog ♥ :)

Last year on May we had a Spring Fling party at school. There was so many people who came and joined the party. It was really fun because there were some performance from SWA students and also a DJ. There were a lots of people who came and joined us especially the students from the other school. I hope that we have another Spring Fling Party this year. Hey everyone my name is Khansa! This is the second time I make a blog. I'm 9th graders from Sinarmas World Academy BSD City. Actually I don't really like making a blog but then right now I really enjoy making a blog because we can share our own experience and our feelings through videos or images.
